Historic Pools of Britain (HPB) terms and conditions


Membership benefits

  1. Being a member you are entitled to attend two HPB events a year subject to availability.
  2. HPB members will receive vouchers entitling them to special offers provided by member pools. These are subject to their own terms and conditions.
  3. Membership special offer vouchers will be issued for each calendar year.

Membership term and refund policy

Membership is valid for twelve consecutive months from the date of issue and is non refundable.

Upon taking out your membership you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days of your application and to receive a full refund of your membership fees.

Processing membership applications

We aim to process all applications within two weeks and your membership pack will be sent to you by 2nd class post.

Approximately one month prior to your membership ending we will contact you with renewal details.

HPB will always follow the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to ensure that your personal data is protected.

HPB will only ever collect the personal data we need and will always be clear about how we are using it.

The information you provide will be held on a computer by HPB enabling us to administer your membership; communicating with you about events and other key aspects of your membership.

No personal information will ever be passed by HPB to any third parties.
